When you request an estimate, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, zip code, the service you need, and anything you tell us about the job. When you use the "Text Me Back" form, we collect your name and mobile number. When you call or text us, we keep your number and the messages needed to schedule and complete your work.
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform tree work, send estimates and appointment reminders, and follow up about the job you asked about. We do not sell your information.
By submitting a form with your mobile number, or by texting us, you agree to receive text messages from Chopmen Tree Service about your request, such as estimate confirmations, scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or call (360) 342-9301 or email hello@chopmen.com for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We use a customer relationship management and messaging platform to store your request and to send calls, texts, and emails on our behalf. Those providers process your information only to deliver those services to us.
chopmen.com uses Google tags and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure how people find the site and whether our ads lead to estimate requests. These tools set cookies and may collect your IP address, device information, and pages viewed. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings and through the ad settings offered by Google and Meta.
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@chopmen.com. We keep job records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and insurance purposes.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
